Hi all!

As you have noticed, there has been some weird things happening around here at The REI Brain.

No blog posts for weeks…

No website updates for weeks…

Dead links…

and a few more things that are bugging the heck out of me!

Anyhow, as you know, I am the VP of another company. In that position, I have been extremely busy finishing up some large projects and am still in the process of rolling out the projects to about 700k prospects. A BIG UNDERTAKING.

With all of that to distract me and my team, we haven’t been spending much time on The REI Brain.

Fast forward to a few weeks back…

We received an email from a visitor of The REI Brain that really slapped me upside the noggin and really made me rethink what we had been doing with The REI Brain and where it was going.

This visitor really voiced his frustrations with other real estate investing sites and said that The REI Brain was the first and only site that he had found that really looked promising. That is… we had the right idea with the content and structure of the site… but we just hadn’t been following through with our vision for the site because of various distractions.

I sat back and truly thought about this site and its future. At one point, I thought… “Well, I just can’t handle this site with all of my other projects and it is probably time to let it go”.

Then, I realized… “This site is my passion! Helping people is my passion! Real estate is the single best way to become wealthy and everyone should have a chance at making it happen!”

With all of the other projects I have going on, The REI Brain is the one that I am most passionate about and the one that I have been neglecting the most! KIND OF STUPID IF YOU ASK ME!!

So, what does this whole rant mean to you?

A whole lot!

If you are reading this page (which obviously you are!), you are yourself passionate about real estate and living a fulfilled and successful life. If you weren’t, you wouldn’t be taking the time to search for this type of information.

Now, since you are passionate about the things mentioned above, you will want to watch this website over the next few months to see it become what both you and I have envisioned it would become.

No… I don’t want The REI Brain to be a place that pitches you at every corner to buy the next guru’s “no money down” bootcamp.

No… I don’t want The REI Brain to be a place that you visit once and forget it ever existed.

No… I don’t want The REI Brain to be just like all of those other real estate websites with the same content from the same few gurus all aimed at the end goal of you purchasing their course.

What I want (based on what countless visitors have told me) is a resource that is truly for you and by you.

Yes, there will be products that you can purchase… memberships that you can join… and resources that will cost you a few bucks. Afterall, The REI Brain is not a charity and has to bring in some revenue to keep the doors open and the content the best on the net.

However, The REI Brain will not mindlessly pitch you products just to make a sale… bait you in to pay $97 for a teleseminar just to have that teleseminar be a sales pitch for a higher priced product. THAT IS JUST WRONG AND A $HITTY WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

The REI Brain will become a place truly like no other place on the net. There will (and already is) be countless FREE resources that will teach you more than most $397 courses teach you.

There will be more practical “hit the ground running” information that will truly help you build your real estate investing business and live a better life.

If you can’t tell already… I’m a bit excited about this whole endeavor. This point in my life is full of changes that are both exciting and scary. Yes, this large undertaking that I am committing to is a bit of a risk.

But, as you already know… anything worthwhile usually takes a bit of risk to make it happen.

I’m committed to making this happen for you…

… what are you committing to?

Are you committing to becoming a better person?

Are you committing to building a real estate business that can provide you with financial freedom?

Are you committing to helping others learn from your mistakes and giving back to the real estate community that helped you along when you were still a “newbie”?

I hope so!

This whole post may be a bit corny and overdramitic… but who cares! Success takes a risk every now and then. Success takes a person to step outside of their comfort zone to say, “I want this… and I’m going to do it no matter what it takes!”

So, starting today (not with this post… I’m writing another content packed post for you), this blog will be updated twice a week. Every Monday and Thursday (at least) there will be a content packed post on real estate success, business success, or life success that is aimed at helping you in the overall picture of your real estate investing lifestyle dream.

So… as the first step in your journey toward success… let us know EXACTLY what you want.

- What is the single largest stumbling block that is preventing you from reaching your goals?

- What is the one thing that you want to know RIGHT NOW about real estate investing, your business, or life success in general that you think would help you take the biggest step toward success?

- What can you offer other real estate investors to help them get past the same stumbling blocks that you faced… and conquered?

We are now looking for people at all levels of real estate investing and life success expertise. Are you a newbie just trying to learn the ropes? Submit your list of questions and we’ll answer them for you one by one and post the Q&A for all to see and learn from.

Are you an experienced investor? Please… share your experiences and help those just starting out get past the same roadblocks you faced. I guarantee when you first got started that someone shared some information that you wished you had known much earlier… WHAT IS IT?

Also, one of the best ways to learn how “to get started” is to hear how someone else did it. How did you become a success? What were the steps that got you there? What was your first deal like? How did you learn to market successfully? LETS HEAR IT!!!
